A school platform built around the Montessori day
Montigo is school-management software made specifically for Montessori schools. It gives directors, guides, transport and front-desk staff, and parents each their own view of the same day: who is on the van, who has arrived, what each child worked on, and which questions from families are still open.
We built it end to end: the apps for staff and for parents, the web administration for the school, the backend they share, and the website that introduces it. It runs today at Kriya Global Montessori, its first school, with more schools being brought on.
One platform, from the van to the classroom
Transport families can watch
Routes are planned by dragging stops into order, vans are tracked live by GPS, and parents are told when the van is a few minutes away.
Attendance in one tap
A guide marks each child present, late, absent or on leave with a single tap, parents are notified when their child arrives, and the director sees the day's numbers as they come in.
Observations parents can read
Guides log what a child worked on, for how long, and how independent and engaged they were, with almost no typing. Parents see the same record, which builds into a picture of the child's journey.
Concerns that do not get lost
A parent chooses who the question is for (the class teacher, transport, fees or a special-class instructor), it is routed there, and it stays open until someone resolves it.
Notices with a read count
A notice goes to one group or the whole school. The school sees how many families it was sent to, seen by and acknowledged by, and can remind the rest in one tap.
A view for every role
A guide sees their class, a driver sees their van, and the director sees the whole school, with the alerts that need attention first.
The website
montigo.school walks a school director through a day with the product, and carries the support pages and the links to the apps on the App Store and Google Play.
