Precision logistics

Royal International

The website for a precision-logistics company working in more than 25 countries, with shipment tracking and quote requests connected to the CRM and ERP behind it.

The client

Precision logistics, explained and connected

Royal International moves the things that cannot be dropped, delayed or switched off: data centres, cleanroom equipment, laboratory instruments, hazardous goods and exhibition freight. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Mumbai, it works across more than 25 countries and, by its own count, has completed over 55,000 projects for more than 150,000 customers.

A business like that runs on its systems: a CRM for enquiries and quotes, an ERP for the jobs themselves. The brief was a website that explains ten specialised services clearly, and that talks to those systems wherever a customer needs it to, so nothing entered on the site has to be typed again by someone at a desk.

What we built

A website that is part of the operation

  • Ten services, each with its own page

Data centre migration, cleanroom logistics, white-glove delivery, project logistics and rigging, dangerous goods, exhibition transport, structured cabling, lab movements, data centre builds and warehouse storage each have a page of their own, so a visitor with a specific job lands on a specific answer.

  • Shipment tracking from the source

A customer enters a shipment ID or their registered mobile number and sees where the consignment is, milestone by milestone, from pickup to final delivery. The status is read from the system the operations team works in, so the website and the control room never disagree.

  • Quotes and enquiries that reach the right desk

The quote request and contact forms pass what the visitor entered to the CRM as a lead, with the requirement attached, instead of leaving it in an inbox. The site promises a tailored response within 24 hours; this is what makes that practical.

  • Proof where buyers look for it

ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, client testimonials, the Mumbai head office and the branch offices across India, news and FAQs all have their place, because a buyer about to move a data hall wants evidence before a conversation.

  • Fast, and found on its own terms

The site is built with Next.js, so pages load quickly on a phone at a loading bay, and every service page can be indexed and found in search without passing through the home page.
